As a Service Advisor, you will welcome customers seeking advice about homes, travel, and BC roads. You will recommend BCAA memberships, travel insurance, ICBC, and optional auto insurance. This customer-facing position supports development toward becoming an Insurance Advisor.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers in person and over the phone
- Promote memberships and BCAA insurance products and services
- Collaborate with Support Teams and Underwriting on coverage
- Identify cost-saving opportunities for customers’ future needs
- Complete training and maintain annual licensing requirements

Requirements:

- At least two years in sales and service
- Level 1 Insurance license or commitment to secure one
- Completion of Autoplan Essentials or commitment within three months
- Valuable standing with the Insurance Council of BC
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office technology
