Protect the building through risk assessment, emergency response, and clear radio communication during every assigned security shift. Maintain safety while supporting guests, staff, and leadership.

The Risk and Security Guard secures the building and identifies potential organizational risks and threats. This position requires customer service and leadership abilities, sound decision-making, and solid verbal and written communication. Responsibilities include incident investigation, reporting, alarms, first aid, and property patrols.

Key Responsibilities:

- Secure the building and identify potential risks and threats
- Greet guests consistently while following the 10/5 Rule
- Respond to alarms and notify authorities when required
- Investigate incidents, theft, damage,



and suspicious persons
- Document security activities and complete incident reports

Requirements:

- Minimum one year of risk and security experience or equivalent education
- Valid Security License under provincial regulations
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Guard Management Software
- Ability to work outdoors and maintain emergency mobility
