You guide retail banking performance through client acquisition, collaboration, multichannel usage, and staff development. Your leadership supports sales, revenue, market share, employee capability, and engagement.

Requirements:

- Mutual Funds accreditation through IFIC or CSC
- Two years’ licensed mutual funds sales experience within three years
- Three years’ people management experience
- Completed mutual fund branch management exam or exam eligibility
- Entrepreneurial business acquisition mindset and digital channel ability
