Dexterra is seeking a permanent, full‑time Recruiter. Reporting to the Manager, Recruitment & Logistics, the role is based at the Horizon North Camps & Catering office in Edmonton, Alberta. You will identify staff, schedule site assignments, conduct phone interviews, use the ATS, and support onboarding.

Some evenings and weekends and an on‑call rotation are required. Responsibilities include posting jobs, coordinating transportation, attending job fairs, producing recruitment reports, and
