The City of Thunder Bay seeks a Supervisor to assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate educational programs for Pioneer Ridge staff and students. The role oversees student placement coordination, onboarding, orientation, and supervision while managing clerical and administrative services. Responsibilities include scheduling, payroll, resident admissions, procurement, reception, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess learning needs and evaluate educational programs

Requirements:

- Degree and three years’ adult learning experience, or diploma and five years
- Knowledge of long-term care legislation and educational practices
- Previous supervisory experience, preferably in a unionized environment
- Solid facilitation, communication, analytical, and project management skills
- Intermediate word processing and spreadsheet software skills
