Operate a healthcare security Control Centre in Toronto, using CCTV, access control, and dispatch systems during overnight shifts. This full time position runs Monday-Friday, 2300-0700.

As a Security Operations Dispatch Centre Operator, you will monitor systems at a Government of Ontario Building. The position includes emergency announcements, telephone response, security staff deployment, incident call taking, and public-facing service. You will also manage facility keys, access cards, and visitor badges.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor CCTV, access control, fire, and life safety systems
- Make emergency overhead announcements when required
- Answer telephones and dispatch calls
- Track and deploy security staff
- Issue facility keys, access cards, and visitor badges

Requirements:

- Minimum two years of security or dispatch experience
- Working knowledge of CCTV and access control systems
- Valid CPR and First Aid Level C certification
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Use of Force and MOAB certifications
