Health system planning and analysis define this full time Specialist role with Ontario Health in Thunder Bay, Ontario. The position is temporary for 12 months.

Reporting to the Director, System Strategy, Planning, Design and Implementation, the Specialist supports regional health system initiatives. You will combine research, project management, stakeholder engagement and program evaluation to address local needs. The work advances integrated, high quality care across Ontario Health.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze data, community input and evidence to identify service gaps
- Develop evidence informed recommendations using planning methodologies
- Monitor implementation and continuous quality improvement activities
- Coordinate consultations,



consensus building and regional initiatives
- Support funding plans, project plans and budget allocations

Requirements:

- Post secondary education in health or business administration
- Three to five years of healthcare setting experience
- Knowledge of planning and analysis methodologies
- Understanding of Ontario healthcare system dynamics and issues
- Robust analytical, communication and organizational skills
