As Site Superintendent, you will manage overall construction operations while leading site teams through feedback, training, and coaching. Your work includes logistics, quality control, documentation, scheduling, and coordination with trades, owners, architects, and engineers. The position supports commercial construction projects from setup through demobilization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead health and safety culture across commercial construction sites
- Manage site logistics, cleanliness, quality control, and schedules

- Develop look-ahead schedules and track subcontractor progress

Requirements:

- Five-plus years of construction management experience or equivalent
