Chemetics Inc. seeks an intermediate Process Engineer for full time work in Vancouver, British Columbia. You will lead or support process design for projects and proposals under the Process Engineering Manager. The work covers chlor-alkali, sodium chlorate, and chlorine dioxide technologies, with opportunities to mentor less experienced engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop innovative solutions to complex process engineering problems
- Establish process design bases and develop plant process options
- Calculate process design information, including instrumentation considerations
- Prepare PFDs, P&IDs;,



and process data sheets
- Complete project deliverables within budgeted time and costs

Requirements:

- Five to ten years of applicable engineering experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering
- Professional Engineer designation or British Columbia eligibility
- Experience with chlorine dioxide, chlor-alkali, or sodium chlorate plants
- ASPEN Plus or other process simulation software experience
