Airbus Canada seeks an In-Service Support Engineer for Customer Services, working with In-Service Engineering in Toulouse. The position covers A32X, A330/A340, A350, and A300/A310 programs in North and Latin America. You will analyze events, investigate fleet topics, and coordinate corrective actions with customers, fleet managers, and central teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer customer technical queries accurately and on time
- Analyze in-service events and identify potential impacts
- Investigate emerging fleet topics across the Americas region




- Provide urgent in-situ aircraft troubleshooting assistance
- Coordinate communication across customers and Airbus teams

Requirements:

- Engineering degree or significant airline operations experience
- Minimum eight years of relevant experience
- Advanced Flight Controls and Hydraulics knowledge, ATA27/29
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Willingness to travel worldwide, especially North and Latin America
