Lead large Transmission Line projects for Valard Construction in British Columbia, using schedule management, cost control, and commercial acumen. This office-based role includes up to 50% in office work.

Reporting to the Project Director, you will manage complex transmission projects and guide consistent execution. The position oversees financial performance, client delivery, project governance, and alignment with safety, quality, and operational standards. You will also coordinate teams, contracts, resources, and procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead projects against scope, schedule, budget, safety, and quality expectations
- Manage contracts and issue or administer subcontracts
- Forecast finances, manage margins, and optimize cash flow
- Govern risk, changes, and contract administration




- Maintain client relationships and support repeat business

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in engineering, construction management, business, or related field
- Ten years of progressive utility or linear infrastructure construction experience
- Experience managing large-scale, complex projects
- Advanced contract management, project controls, and financial performance knowledge
- PMP designation or equivalent
