Lead supplier relationship management at Sun Life through strategy, stakeholder management, and business analysis in a hybrid work model. Support Canadian Operations and internal business partners.

Reporting to the Director, Supplier Strategy & Integration, this Manager supports supplier, relationship, and outsourcing strategies. The work includes third-party solutions, market research, competitive analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with Sourcing, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance, and specialized teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement supplier strategy for Sun Life Canadian Operations
- Develop guidelines, procedures, and reporting for supplier relationships
- Participate in supplier integrations and outsourcing initiatives




- Set service levels and targets for the internal SRM team
- Execute the digital roadmap and cross-functional process alignment

Requirements:

- Expert knowledge of Supplier Relationship Management processes and technologies
- Extensive experience in a similar role
- Robust project management and business analysis skills
- Experience analyzing data and presenting recommendations to leadership
- Government of Canada Reliability Status security clearance
