Accounts Payable Analyst with invoice review and reconciliation expertise, based at AIM’s Finance Shared Services Center in Montréal, Canada. Support timely vendor payments through accurate transaction processing.

Reporting to the Supervisor, Accounts Payable, you will review and post vendor transactions in AIM’s accounting systems. The position focuses on validating invoices, resolving discrepancies, reconciling statements, and supporting pending transactions. You will provide quality service to internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and post vendor invoices accurately and promptly
- Validate charges against purchase orders and goods receipts
- Resolve invoicing discrepancies with vendors and AIM departments




- Reconcile vendor statements with the company subledger
- Monitor payment schedules and follow up on pending transactions

Requirements:

- Minimum two years in a similar function
- Post-secondary accounting or business-related education
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Understanding of computer systems and accounting software
- Organizational skills, rigor, autonomy, and communication abilities
