The Operations and Production Manager leads hands-on production coordination and operational improvement at BE Ultimate and BE Athletics. You will manage overseas suppliers, custom apparel production, shipping, inventory, and warehouse workflows. This work supports accurate, timely customer deliveries as the company expands into recent sports and markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage supplier relationships, specifications, timelines, and production requirements
- Coordinate orders, rush requests, approvals, inspections, and quality resolutions
- Oversee shipment tracking, customs, carriers, and delivery coordination
- Lead warehouse priorities, inventory replenishment,



and fulfillment workflows

Requirements:

- 5+ years in production, operations, supply chain, or logistics management
