The Project Accountant oversees billing, receivables, payables, month-end close, and project financial reporting. The work covers institutional, commercial, and industrial construction projects. It requires knowledge of GAAP, financial systems, and cost management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee client billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
- Review contracts, billing schedules, rates, and payment terms
- Process vendor and subcontractor invoices with required documentation
- Lead month-end close for costs, billings, and accruals
- Monitor cash flow, work in progress, risks,



and profitability

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree and approximately three years’ relevant experience
- Robust understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
- Project accounting, contract analysis, and construction experience
- Proficiency with financial systems, Microsoft Office, and Excel
- Organization, attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills
