As a Senior Gameplay Designer, you will own a significant gameplay area for 2K’s next sports franchise. You will define vision with the Gameplay Design Director, lead feature delivery, and collaborate across production and technology. The work emphasizes systemic design, animation technology, AI Engineers, Animation Engineers, and Animators. You will champion player experience while guiding implementation and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own vision, backlog, and priorities for a gameplay area
- Lead feature teams of five to ten developers
- Design authentic sports behaviors and second-to-second experiences
- Collaborate with engineers,



animators, artists, production, and QA
- Present visions and maintain explicit design documentation

Requirements:

- Experience designing high-quality second-to-second game experiences
- Experience with systemic game design
- Experience leading feature teams of seven-plus developers
- Familiarity with animation technology, including blending and masking
