Power BI solution design leads this senior analytics position at Intact, with hybrid work and technical leadership across operational reporting.

As Senior Data Analyst, you will support Underwriting Operations through critical daily and weekly reporting. The role focuses on Power BI architecture, SAS-to-Databricks migration, and analytics platform transformation. You will use DAX, Power Query, SQL, and PySpark while supporting production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design Power BI models, governance, security, and performance architecture
- Lead major SAS-to-Databricks migration components using PySpark and SQL
- Resolve complex L2 and L3 reporting incidents
- Review junior and intermediate developers’ work




- Establish technical standards and optimize report performance

Requirements:

- Seven to ten years’ relevant Power BI, BI, and data development experience
- Robust DAX, Power Query, SQL, and PySpark proficiency
- Experience working in critical production environments
- Databricks Workflows, Unity Catalog, SAS, Git, and AWS knowledge
- Bilingual French and English communication skills; eligible to work in Canada
