As Shop Foreman, you will guide daily Service Department operations across Mazergroup’s machinery dealership environment. You will coordinate shop workflow, assist with complex diagnostics and repairs, and promote quality control. Collaboration with technicians, customers, Parts, and Service leadership supports productivity, technician development, repair quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead daily Service Department operations
- Provide technical leadership and hands-on technician support

Requirements:

- Red Seal Journeyperson certification or equivalent training and experience
- Previous Shop Foreman, Lead Technician, or service leadership experience
- Solid diagnostic, troubleshooting, and mechanical problem-solving abilities
- Ability to coach technicians and apprentices
- Valid driver’s licence with clean abstract
