As Survey Crew Chief, you will manage construction and legal survey operations with Survey Assistants. You will coordinate with Project Managers, client representatives, and landowners while supporting quality field delivery. The work includes technical documentation, staff mentorship, safety participation, and office survey tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and perform field survey work with Survey Assistants
- Coordinate budgets, schedules, priorities, and survey methodology
- Liaise with clients, landowners, and Project Managers
- Prepare field notes, sketches, checklists, and digital data
- Guide, train, and mentor Survey Assistants

Requirements:

- Three to five years as a Survey Crew Chief
- Construction and legal survey experience
- Surveying, geomatics, or civil engineering education
- Working knowledge of GPS and Total Stations
- Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
