As an Associate Financial Advisor, you will support Personal and Business Banking clients in a Banking Centre. Understand personal and business priorities, recommend solutions, and manage a mortgage client portfolio individually or with a team. Help clients pursue financial goals through advice-based conversations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Meet clients and understand personal and business priorities
- Recommend financial solutions and provide forward-looking plans
- Manage mortgage client portfolios and deepen relationships
- Network, make calls, and participate in community events




- Introduce clients to CIBC mobile banking applications

Requirements:

- Two to three years providing financial advice and achieving sales results
- Current Mutual Funds License accreditation and good standing
- Eligibility for CIRO-MFD licensing requirements
- Client-first, goal-oriented, detail-focused approach
- Strong relationship-building, critical thinking, and learning skills
