As Strategic Management Lead with the City of Edmonton, you will develop and implement performance systems supporting Administration, Council, and Edmontonians. You will connect operational services with Council priorities while strengthening performance measurement, reporting, and decision-making. The position may offer hybrid work between home and the worksite.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead enterprise performance management system development and implementation
- Drive transition to results-based budgeting and reporting
- Establish outcomes, indicators, performance plans, and service levels
- Oversee data governance, pipelines,



security, and dashboards
- Train leaders and employees on performance tools

Requirements:

- University degree in a related field
- Seven years’ progressively responsible qualified experience
- Extensive performance management and strategic management knowledge
- Strong analytical, planning, facilitation, and negotiation skills
- Strong written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
