This permanent, full time analyst role supports corporate finance transactions, business valuations, structure optimization, and sophisticated insurance underwriting. You will serve ultra-high-net-worth clients and Stalwart under an experienced execution team. The work spans investment banking, venture capital, private equity, and corporate finance disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop complex financial models for transactions and operating businesses
- Manage client due diligence and information collection processes
- Complete first-principles asset valuations using varied methodologies
- Research companies, industries, geographies,



and competitive landscapes
- Prepare presentations, proposals, memorandums, and situation overviews

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, mathematics, statistics, business, or STEM
- Communicate complex concepts concisely verbally and in writing
- Take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision
- Produce accurate, thorough work under tight deadlines
