As a Content Strategist, you will support global audiences through user centric, culturally relevant, technically accurate content. The work spans localization, technical writing, documentation, content audits, and collaboration with developers, product managers, UX designers, translators, and regional teams. You will also help improve documentation and processes through AI.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan multilingual content strategies with cross functional teams
- Write and organize technical documentation, release notes, and FAQs
- Review localized content for accuracy and cultural relevance




- Develop style guides, SOPs, and writing guidelines
- Measure content effectiveness using analytics tools and user feedback

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree, technical writing certificate, or equivalent experience
- Approximately five years of relevant experience
- Experience with GitHub and XML based publishing software
- Familiarity with localization tools, CMS, and LMS platforms
- Knowledge of XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SEO, and analytics
