North Bay Regional Health Centre is seeking a Registered Nurse with geriatric expertise to deliver Comprehensive Geriatric Assessments and outreach services in community and partnering Primary Care clinics. You will work within an integrated geriatrics team, applying best-practice frameworks and collaborating with physicians and health partners to promote wellness and independence for seniors.

Reporting to the Manager and Director, you will support quality care, manage complex geriatric needs,
