Train customers on Merlo, Skytrak, and Snorkel equipment while applying heavy equipment mechanics expertise across a travel-based role.

Reporting to the Technical Support Supervisor, the Operations and Maintenance Trainer delivers customer training on Manulift products. You will demonstrate equipment operation and model-specific maintenance steps, helping users operate and maintain equipment to its full potential. The position also trains new employees internally on Manulift products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Train customers on various Manulift equipment products
- Demonstrate operation and maintenance steps for each model
- Train new employees internally on Manulift products
- Travel at least 80% of the time
- Travel outside the region 30% of the time

Requirements:

- Heavy equipment mechanics diploma or relevant qualification
- At least five years as a heavy-duty mechanic
- Advanced hydraulics, electrical, and electronics knowledge preferred
- Fluency in French and English, oral and written
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence
