JIT Road Transportation seeks Company Drivers for long-distance transportation, including freight to and from Texas. Drivers support compliant international shipments while working with dispatch, customers, warehouse staff, and border officials. The work includes scheduled pickups, deliveries, inspections, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate trucks on long-distance cross-border routes
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Coordinate route status and changes with dispatch
- Secure loads and monitor vehicle performance
- Report safety or maintenance concerns promptly
Requirements:
- Valid Class A commercial driver’s license or equivalent
- Clean driving record and commercial truck driving experience
- Knowledge of cross-border regulations and safety standards
- Eligibility to cross the United States–Canada border
- Flexibility for nights, weekends, and extended trips
