Serve personal and small business clients as an Associate Financial Advisor at CIBC, using financial advice and relationship-building skills in office full-time.
As part of Personal and Business Banking, you will recommend simple, personalized solutions for clients’ financial goals. You will manage a mortgage client portfolio individually or with a team, deepen relationships, and address investment, financial, and credit needs. This regular role is based in Fort Saint John.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet clients and understand personal and business priorities
- Recommend solutions and provide forward-looking financial plans
- Manage mortgage portfolios and deepen client relationships
- Build networks through outreach, calls, and community events
- Introduce clients to CIBC mobile banking applications
Requirements:
- Two to three years providing financial advice
- Sales results through advice-based client conversations
- Current Mutual Funds License accreditation and good standing
- Eligibility for CIRO-MFD licensing requirements
- Critical thinking, curiosity, and relationship-building abilities
