As District Manager, you will oversee Ottawa-area locations and surrounding territory for North America’s specialty retailer of games, puzzles, toys, and collectibles. The role focuses on financial goals, operational consistency, customer service, and Store Manager development. You will work with Head Office leadership to establish strategic goals and identify business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve district sales, financial, and profitability objectives
- Oversee daily operations across multiple retail locations
- Coach Store Managers toward operational and sales performance
- Monitor KPIs,

- Conduct regular store visits throughout the Ottawa region

Requirements:

- Minimum five years of retail experience
- Minimum three years of multi-store management experience
- Experience developing Store Managers and retail leadership teams
