As a Healthcare Planner in Stantec’s Health Sector, you will support pre-design strategy, healthcare facility planning, and integrated project delivery. The work includes acute care, outpatient services, long-term care, and specialized facilities. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, interior designers, clients, and diverse stakeholders to shape effective planning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support strategic healthcare planning and pre-design activities
- Facilitate clinical visioning, flow mapping, and consensus workshops
- Translate clinical needs into space requirements and design strategies
- Develop healthcare master plans,

Requirements:

- Recent healthcare planning and pre-design experience
- Knowledge of functional programming, workflows, and clinical zoning
- Proficiency in Lean planning and seven flows of medicine
- Robust communication, coordination, and leadership skills
- Ten-plus years of related experience preferred
