CCL Global is recruiting experienced Contract Plant Operators for a confidential client site supporting thermal oil sands operations. Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, you will support plant operations, equipment maintenance, and production activities. The work requires independent judgment, teamwork, and attention to operating parameters.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor plant systems and equipment
- Complete equipment start-ups and shutdowns using approved procedures
- Collect and test product and water samples
- Troubleshoot process issues and initiate repair notifications
- Prepare permits and isolate equipment for maintenance

Requirements:

- Previous thermal oil or SAGD operating experience
- Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence and driver’s abstract
- Availability for 7 days on, 7 days off
