This position suits an experienced building electrical engineer ready to coordinate delivery, share knowledge, and develop teams. You may lead projects, manage people, mentor colleagues, or deepen technical expertise. BPA’s Montréal team includes more than 50 building electrical professionals, supporting new construction, full lifecycle delivery, and major mandates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and coordinate building electrical projects across multiple scales
- Manage projects and lead disciplines from planning through delivery
- Coordinate internal teams and external project partners




- Track schedules, budgets, and professional fees
- Prepare specifications, reports, and service proposals

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Membership in the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec
- Eight or more years of relevant building electrical experience
- Project coordination or management experience
- Fluent French and functional to advanced English
