Ansept Construction is hiring an experienced Journeyman Carpenter as the senior trade qualified on-site. You will oversee carpentry scopes from layout through punch list completion. The work includes custom trim, flooring transitions, window and door packages, drawing reviews, and crew development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set workmanship standards across all carpentry scopes
- Execute custom trim and precision flooring transitions
- Mentor apprentices, labourers, foremen, and crew members
- Review drawings for conflicts and material requirements




- Coordinate progress and resources with the Site Superintendent

Requirements:

- Journeyman Carpenter certification; Red Seal strongly preferred
- Minimum five years of hands-on carpentry experience
- At least two years supervising or mentoring tradespeople
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
