Lead healthcare data architecture and governance at CarePartners, using SQL, Python, and enterprise platforms to strengthen trusted information. Travel within Ontario is required.

This senior technical expert designs and evolves CarePartners’ enterprise data workplace. The work spans governance, architecture, integration, quality, analytics enablement, and AI readiness across clinical, operational, financial, HR, and technology domains. You will partner with business and technology leaders to support secure, accessible, compliant data.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead enterprise data governance standards, ownership, stewardship, access, and lifecycle management
- Design and maintain data platforms, warehouses, models, and integration patterns
- Develop pipelines and ETL or ELT processes across organizational systems
- Establish quality monitoring, validation, controls,



and issue resolution processes
- Build foundational capabilities supporting analytics, automation, and Artificial Intelligence

Requirements:

- Seven years’ experience in data-based roles, including data engineering
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field
- Superb SQL and relational database experience
- Python or another programming language for data processing
- Healthcare privacy, PHI, governance, cloud, and platform experience preferred
