Lead ETO manufacturing operations as a Production Supervisor at Rockwell Automation’s Cambridge, Ontario site, using Lean Six Sigma and performance management.

This full-time onsite position manages day-shift production and afternoon-shift supervisor execution. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will lead high-mix, customised manufacturing operations. The work focuses on safety, quality, delivery, productivity, financial improvement, and customer commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead daily manufacturing operations and resolve production issues
- Develop capacity, staffing, and resource plans
- Monitor metrics, labour efficiency, and manufacturing variances
- Champion Lean Six Sigma and waste reduction
- Coordinate priorities across departments and shifts

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualified experience
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
- Typically two years of management experience
- Engineering or Business bachelor’s degree preferred
- Electrical or electromechanical manufacturing experience preferred
