Ledcor seeks an experienced Grader Operator for its reclamation crew at CNRL Albian in Fort McKay, Alberta. The work includes site grading, slope shaping, and maintaining grades and elevations for reclamation. Operators interpret site plans, grade stakes, and digital grade models while collaborating with site crews and equipment operators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CAT 16M and 16H graders safely and efficiently
- Perform rough grading, slope shaping, and site grading
- Maintain project grades and elevations accurately
- Complete inspections and daily hazard assessments
- Report equipment maintenance requirements and concerns promptly
Requirements:
- Three or more years operating CAT 16M or 16H graders
- Grader experience in active mine or construction environments
- Understanding of haul road safety and mine-site traffic management
- Solid rough grading and large-scale earthworks experience
- Reclamation, mining, or civil construction experience is an asset
