The Coordinator, People & Culture Hotel Operations supports Corporate People & Culture initiatives across both global hotel portfolios. You will manage calendars, coordinate programs, maintain documentation, and align hotel and corporate stakeholders. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, support reporting and operational follow-through.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage directories, databases, distribution lists, and data compilation
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, files, documentation, and leadership administration
- Prepare reports covering talent, engagement, compliance, and People & Culture metrics
- Maintain dashboards, analytics, project trackers,



and communication materials
- Coordinate global initiatives, audits, awards, policies, and operational priorities

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, business, hospitality, or related discipline preferred
- Experience in hotel operations, Human Resources, or project coordination is an asset
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Project coordination and stakeholder management experience
- Ability to manage priorities, confidential information, and global time zones
