Support fertility patients as a Registered Nurse at Generation Fertility Toronto West, using clinical judgment, communication, and IVF care skills.

This maternity leave contract lasts 12 months within a reproductive health clinic serving the Greater Toronto Area. You will work with an interdisciplinary team across clinical and surgical environments. The position reports to the Nursing Manager and supports two operating rooms, IVF, and Andrology laboratories.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement medication protocols and assess fertility patients
- Facilitate information between patients and physicians
- Rotate through operating room, recovery, sedation, and monitoring roles
- Provide preoperative, postoperative, and IVF cycle support
- Teach injections, initiate IVs, and assist with insemination

Requirements:

- Current BScN and Ontario nursing registration
- Three to five years of medical or surgical experience
- ACLS certification or current enrollment
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care and career development
