You will configure SAM Pro, automate licence management, develop workflows and integrations, and provide technical subject matter expertise. The role supports software normalization, reconciliation, compliance calculations, testing, deployment, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure ServiceNow SAM Pro for software licence management
- Automate licence allocation, reclamation, optimization, and lifecycle activities
- Build catalogue items, approvals, and fulfilment workflows
- Troubleshoot integrations, software data sources, and backend processing




- Guide licence administrators configuring licences and entitlements

Requirements:

- Minimum three years of hands-on ServiceNow SAM Pro experience
- Experience configuring software models, entitlements, metrics, and reconciliation
- Solid ServiceNow workflow, automation, and catalogue configuration experience
- Experience implementing and troubleshooting SAM integrations
- ServiceNow CSA and SAM Professional certifications
