Lead regional People Experience operations at Fortra, applying employee relations and compliance expertise across assigned countries. This senior role guides teams and business leaders.

The Senior Manager, People Experience translates global PX strategies into effective regional practices. You will advise leaders, manage complex employee matters, and strengthen employee and manager experiences. The work spans performance, engagement, talent programs, compliance, and the complete employee life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead regional PX operations and align practices with global strategy
- Advise leaders on employee relations and organizational changes
- Oversee immigration, employment compliance, and regional policies
- Drive performance, compensation, engagement,



and retention programs
- Lead regional PX projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

- Eight or more years of progressive HR experience
- Experience supporting multiple countries and regional compliance
- Solid employee relations and workplace investigation experience
- Demonstrated people leadership, coaching, and development experience
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving capabilities
