Robertson seeks a skilled Business Analyst supporting an existing vacancy with a top financial institution. You will work across business, product, compliance, operations, vendors, and technology stakeholders. The contract lasts 12 months.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead requirements discovery, elicitation, validation, and post-release support
- Translate requirements into epics, features, stories, and acceptance criteria
- Facilitate workshops with business and technology stakeholders
- Develop process maps, workflows, business rules, and documentation
- Support testing, UAT, defect resolution, and Agile ceremonies

Requirements:

- Eight-plus years of overall IT industry experience
- Five-plus years in Business Analyst technology delivery capacities
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid environments
- Strong requirements, process analysis, systems thinking, and testing knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Finance, Engineering, or related discipline
