York Home Care is seeking a dependable Registered Nurse with hands-on hemodialysis experience to provide in-home dialysis care for a client in North York, Toronto. The RN will collaborate with the hospital home dialysis team following treatment plans and protocols.

Applicants must hold CNO RN registration in Ontario, have HD experience, and demonstrate robust clinical judgment, communication, and client education skills. Orientation and ongoing competency reviews are required.
