Lead supply chain implementations at DHL Supply Chain, using project coordination and change management skills to support start-ups and go-live activities.

The Implementation Manager assists with developing and directly implementing methods and procedures during start-ups, implementations, and go-live. This position supports General Managers and Operations teams while facilitating project specifics, workshops, testing, and operational readiness. The work applies supply chain concepts across project-based environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support General Managers and Operations teams during implementations
- Facilitate workshops, kick-off meetings, and process-flow documentation
- Validate costs, process times, staffing, and shift plans
- Develop training programs, materials,



test scripts, and UAT activities
- Monitor scope changes, risks, reports, and operational go-live observations

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business, engineering, or systems
- Two or more years in project-based industry environments
- Excellent change management skills
- Solid understanding of supply chain concepts
- Project Management Skilled certification preferred
