Configure SAP Payroll and Time Management solutions for the City of Mississauga in a hybrid role based at Mississauga City Hall. Apply functional expertise to support critical systems, processes, and data integrity.

This permanent consultant position supports the City's SAP HR workplace as a subject matter expert. You will work across SAP S4, SuccessFactors, and Fiori, collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams. The work includes configuration, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, integrations, and user acceptance support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Document requirements and implement SAP solutions with business stakeholders
- Configure, test, and implement SAP Payroll and Time Management
- Analyze and resolve production issues through ongoing support
- Maintain system integrity, compliance, documentation, and process flows
- Support updates,



testing, training, and knowledge transfer sessions

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, IT, Business, or related discipline
- Minimum three years implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Payroll and Time
- Required SAP HCM Payroll or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll certification
- Hands-on schema configuration, troubleshooting, and Level-3 production support experience
- Experience with integrations, support packs, testing, and year-end processes
