As a Continuous Improvement Supervisor, you will facilitate cultural change through improvement projects, training, and workshops. The work covers warehousing and operational processes, manufacturing and assembly issues, material flow, and process documentation. You will also support account management and customer-focused quality actions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate process improvement projects, training, and cultural change workshops
- Conduct root cause analyses across operational and manufacturing issues
- Collect and analyze data for process mapping
- Implement cost reductions through continuous improvement initiatives
- Partner with customers on containment and corrective actions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- At least one year of operations industry experience
- Ability to create process documentation and project plans
- Experience evaluating production capacity and facility design
- Ability to develop budgets and cost analysis
