Lead complex infrastructure projects with JCCBI through cost management, planning, and multidisciplinary coordination in a hybrid Longueuil work model.

As Senior Coordinator in the Projects Department, you will support sound management of Québec road-traffic and active-mobility infrastructure projects. Reporting to the Director, Projects, you will apply project-based management aligned with Project Management Institute philosophy. Your work will include budgets, schedules, risks, reports, stakeholders, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define project needs and follow up on planned work
- Prepare charters, plans, stakeholder lists, and project schedules
- Analyze reports, risks, variances, forecasts, and project modifications
- Recommend solutions addressing costs, schedules, issues,



and priorities
- Mentor project staff and lead complex Corporation-impacting projects

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering; civil engineering is an asset
- At least twelve years of relevant experience required
- At least two years managing major projects
- Solid cost management, planning, communication, and leadership expertise
- Knowledge of MS Project, SAP ByDesign, Office, and technical drawings
