Lead monthly consolidation and analytical review while applying U.S. GAAP expertise to group financial reporting. This role supports accurate, compliant reporting across subsidiaries.
The Manager Financial Reporting oversees group statements, audit schedules, consolidation proofs, and financial statement notes. You will maintain Hyperion Financial Management, lead HFM enhancements, and support SEC requirements for a U.S.-listed parent. The position also advises regional accounting teams on unusual transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee monthly group consolidation and analytical review
- Prepare group statements, audit schedules, proofs, and notes
- Review subsidiary data with regional controllers
- Maintain HFM and lead system enhancements
- Liaise with external auditors and support SEC filings
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting, finance, or related disciplines
- US CPA, Canada CPA, or ACCA membership
- 10+ years progressive experience, including 3+ years reporting
- Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and consolidation
- Big Four audit or public company reporting experience
