As a Leasing Professional, you coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a rental housing community. You greet prospects, show apartments, process applications, and prepare lease and move-in packages. You also support resident satisfaction, occupancy goals, revenue, and lease renewals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct community tours and show apartments to qualified prospects
- Process applications, credit screening, and criminal background checks
- Coordinate apartment readiness with maintenance before move-in
- Implement referral, employer outreach,



and internet marketing activities
- Prepare and complete resident lease renewal documents

Requirements:

- Required state and local licenses or certifications
- Valid driver's license for operating a golf cart
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, stoop, and climb
- Ability to lift twenty-five pounds independently
- Adaptable schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
