As Work and Materials Planning Supervisor, you coordinate production progress, parts, major components, suppliers, and partners. You advise the Production Manager on prioritization, secure critical paths, and manage a nine-employee team. The position requires planning, manufacturing, or aerospace management experience, solid communication, and Lean production knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor production progress and develop catch-up plans
- Track parts and major components with purchasing
- Coordinate suppliers and partners during operations




- Secure production lines and deliveries through structured follow-up
- Coach nine employees and manage performance using KPIs

Requirements:

- College or university diploma in a related field
- Minimum two years’ management experience in planning, manufacturing, or aerospace
- Excellent team and project management skills
- Leadership, judgment, flexibility, autonomy, and urgency
- French and English bilingualism with Lean production expertise
