We’re looking for our next Senior Employer Brand Designer. Could It Be You?
As the Senior Employer Brand Designer, you serve as the enterprise visual steward and functional design authority for Questrade’s employer brand identity. Operating as an individual contributor on the Principal track and sitting at the strategic intersection of People & Culture (P&C;), the Creative Shop, and Brand Creative, you lead the development, governance, and end-to-end visual storytelling strategy across all digital, physical, and experiential talent touchpoints.
Under the managerial direction of the Head of Employee Experience, you exercise broad operational independence to establish sub-brand visual standards within the overarching Master Brand framework.
