Support telephony, nurse call, and security technologies as a Site Technologies Analyst at Extendicare’s Markham head office. This full-time position offers hybrid work.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Network and Site Technologies, you will support Extendicare and ParaMed locations. The work includes troubleshooting VoIP, SIP, PRI, POTS, and Direct Routing platforms. You will also coordinate deployments, vendors, documentation, and site technology improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer telephony, nurse call, security, and operational technology solutions
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and service-related issues
- Support deployments, upgrades, relocations, and technology refresh initiatives
- Coordinate installations, maintenance, testing, and issue remediation




- Maintain technical documentation, inventories, procedures, and deployment plans

Requirements:

- Postsecondary education in information technology or related discipline
- One to three years supporting IT infrastructure, telephony, or operations
- Working knowledge of VoIP, SIP, PRI, POTS, and Direct Routing
- Solid networking fundamentals and infrastructure troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle for site travel
